Ceremony and Celebration

Bonfire Drumming and Dancing: Since the dawn of time, humans seeking spirit-vision, purification and ecstatic celebration have drummed, danced and chanted around the fire.  Bring your drums, voices and percussive instruments as we celebrate our diversity and union throughout the festival. Wisteria has three designated drumming circles: Stone Circle (sober), Pawpaw (wooded tribal drumming), and Bonfire, the large community gathering place.  At all times of day or night, people drum and dance at their campsites making joyful dancing rhythms.  Come find your authentic, ancient self and join the ecstatic revelry!

Nighttime Candle Labyrinth: Follow the labyrinth’s convoluted candle-lined paths for a personal meditative journey of transformation and reflection.  Labyrinths are constructed walking patterns that combine the circle and the spiral into purposeful paths of self-discovery and awareness.  While your interpretation of the experience is your own, many see walking the labyrinth as an active metaphor for life’s journey.  How do you walk?  How do you treat those you meet on the path?  What impressions or ideas do you experience as you journey to the center of your being and back?  How are we all connected during our personal journeys?  Using hundreds of lit candles to define the pathways, the Labyrinth at Cornstalk will glow through the night for journeys of discovery and reflection.

GBmojo

Originally based in Austin, TX, GBmojo is the harmony-driven “duo of solo artists” comprised of dynamic singer/songwriters Ginger Doss (formerly of Dreamtrybe) and Bekah Kelso. The two gypsy chanteuses have toured extensively throughout the U.S. over the last 4 years, both as solo artists, in this duo, and with various other artists, gaining momentum and an ever-widening fan base. When together, Doss and Kelso present a unique blend of artistry using their memorable harmonies and magnetic passion to engage the heart and spirits of the listener

Ginger Doss: Aspiring Zen master puts words to music riding eclectic sound waves with a shaman's vibe, rocking all your chakras and gathering the tribe. It's music that ignites all the colors of the soul, puts a fire to your purpose and returns you to the whole. Pirates of the C.U.C Constantine

The Pirates of the C.U.C. Constantine is a small collective of independent minds bent on bringing more pirate antics into the world. As a circle of solitary practitioners we celebrate the individual path to Pagan spirituality and rejoice in the opportunity to share our voyage with our good friends. The Pirates are active contributing members of the Wicca community who encourage civic minded acts of volunteerism to promote pagan values and Earth stewardship. As solitary practitioners the Pirates believe the path to spirituality is a deeply personal one. Operating under the artistic umbrella of the "theater troop", the pirates bring a unique perspective to live performance, historical commentary, and classic satire.
