By registering or attending any Wisteria event you are agreeing to the terms of this waiver.
Waiver for Wisteria Events
By attending I agreed to the guidelines and procedures outlined on this waiver.
I have read and agree to the Wisteria guidelines and procedures on-line at http://wisteria.org/info.htm
I assume full responsibility for myself and any minor(s) in my care including my/their personal welfare and personal property under all circumstances.
I will NOT hold Wisteria Event Site and Campground, or any of the Wisteria Inc. Board of Directors or staff liable for any personal injury or loss occurring to me as a result of my participation in or connection with Wisteria under any circumstances.
I understand that this event is being held in a primitive camping area, and that I must exercise caution to maintain the health and safety for myself and any minor(s) that I am responsible for.
I understand that any medical or other services at Wisteria I choose to use for myself is totally at my own risk.
I understand that if I choose not to comply with the Wisteria guidelines, I shall be required to leave without refund and I agree to comply.
By attending I am in full agreement with the above-named terms of this WAIVER.
