Registration Rates for Wisteria Summer Solstice Gathering 2010. In order to attend the gathering, you must pre-register (by last deadline at latest). There is no at-gate registration. To fully enjoy the experience, we enourage our guests to come for the entire seven days. If you cannot attend the entire week, our gates will be open for later arrivals who are pre-registered. There is no discount for partial attendance. No day or weekend passes are offered.

NOTE: By registering or attending any Wisteria event, all participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Wisteria Waiver and Wisteria Guidelines. There is no need to sign separate waiver forms. If you do not agree to act in accordance with these documents, please do not register. Within the constraints of responsibility and good judgment, together we all create a safe space for the community.

On-line Registration for Wisteria Summer Solstice 2010. Use the "add to cart" buttons below. Select the number of people and write in each of their names for each section. Make sure to show the correct number of people using the "Quantity" button. Use your browser's "back button" between sections to add registrations, donations and merchant space. To finish your registration, click the "Check Out" button. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discovery, American Express and Paypal.

Merchant Sites. In addition to purchase of merchanting site, each merchant and all employees/helpers must also be paid attendees. Merchant sites are available in three sizes: 15 foot frontage for $50, 30 foot frontage for $75 and 50 foot frontage for $100. If you wish for more than 50 foot frontage, purchase multiple sites to accomodate the frontage that you need. Remember to factor in tent ropes for overall space needed. In addition to booth, merchants may also camp at their sites. All merchant sites are a minimum 30 foot deep. The number of sites are limited and no electric service is available at booths. Merchant space will be assigned prior to the event. Returning merchants can specify in the "comments" box if they would like their previous site(s). Please read details about merchanting at Wisteria in order to prepare for a successful outdoor merchanting experience.

To Register By Snail Mail, please download our registration form, fill it out, print it, and send it along with your check to: Wisteria Attn: Solstice 39617 State Route 684 Pomeroy, Ohio 45769. Merchants should also include Please make checks or money orders payable to "Wisteria." After funds clear, Wisteria will send you registration comformation via email and/or snail mail along with your ticket(s).
Gates open at 8:00 am on Sunday, June 20. Please do not arrive ahead of that time as we do not have the capacity to hold many cars at our entrance. Extremely early arrivals will be routed to other campgrounds.
Saturday (June 19) arrivals. Only performers, musicians, Wisteria Staff and pre-registered merchants will be allowed in on Saturday, June 19 If you aren’t in one of these catagories, please do not arrive on Saturday as you will be directed to another campground until the next day.
Merchant Early Arrivals. Merchants may arrive a day early (Saturday, June 20) for $25 per merchant. When you arrive, check in with the Merchant Coordinator (Pam) and pay this fee. You must be pre-registered as a merchant to arrive early. Call us at 740 742 4302 for details or read more about merchanting.
Problems with Registration? If you are have any questions about the gathering or problems with the registration process, please email info@wisteria.org with callback number and best times to call back. Or call the Wisteria office at (740) 742-4302 and leave a message and callback number. We will return your call and help you with registration.
Confirmation. Successful on-line registrations will receive an automatic email confirmation. Registered attendees will be mailed an entrance ticket(s) along with a descriptive letter. Bring this ticket in order to be allowed into the gathering.
Refunds. Requests for refunds of registration fees must be postmarked or emailed no later than June 16, 2010 in order for refunds to be granted. If you wish, we can apply 100% of your payment to another Wisteria event. Otherwise, refunds will be issued minus a $30.00 processing fee. Refunds will be processed in July 2010 or sooner if possible.
