Help Spread The Word This event looks so promising to be such a great time that we don't want people to miss it who would love to be here! We so appreciate any efforts to help us spread the word about Wisteria Constalk Festival. We have fantastic and magical programing and we are planning for a good-sized show -- you will make the difference. We have lots of room to hold thousands so if you have the time, we have the space so bring friends. If you think of someone that might be interested in a blissful, beautiful gatheirng with lots of creative, positive people, please let them know. The convergence has begun. . . Some ways you can help make this event even better . . . Email friends Go through your address files and email your friends an invite with the website link: sample letter Pass out flyers and cards For a Flyer download and print the photo below We have promotional material (8 x 10 posters, postcards and glossy buisness cards).Email pam@wisteria.org with your mailing address to have some free promotional materials sent to you by mail. Pass the busness-sized cards out as you see people. At appropriate events, leave materials on literature tables. Word of Mouth Tell Your Friends! Blog and post to discussion lists to let them know what's coming. Make friends on myspace. Make sure to include the link to www.wisteria.org Flyers around town Post flyers them in places you think would fit the gathering. Request free flyers or download and print the photo below. Ask Merchants Merchants know the festival circuits and where to place flyers, contacts, etc. Search out Like-Minded People Get on the web and search for groups that might be interested in Wisteria Cornstalk and send them an email sample letter or post our link: www.wisteria.org Advertising Suggestions?
